This website is operated under the working name SepticResolve. It is an independent information and quote-request platform. It is not a septic contractor and does not perform inspections, repairs or installations.

Information collected

When you submit the quote request form, the form collects the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, a description of the problem, and any optional details such as property address, county, system details or photographs. The form also records contextual information about the visit — the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters present in the URL, and the time of submission.

At present the form does not transmit submissions to any server or third party; this is stated on the form itself. If and when a submission backend is connected, this policy will be updated to describe where the data is stored and who receives it.

How information is used

Information submitted through the form is intended to be used solely to prepare and, once a backend exists, forward your request to septic service providers able to respond to it, and to contact you about that request.

Sharing

Your request is intended to be shared with service providers so they can respond to it. Information is not sold. No sharing occurs at all while no submission backend is connected.

Consent

The consent checkbox on the quote form is never pre-selected. Submitting the form requires your affirmative consent to be contacted about your request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated to name them and describe their role.
