This policy describes the website's current handling of information. It should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before commercial use and updated if the website's data practices change.
Who operates this website
SepticResolve is operated by FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC (Wyoming, USA). The company is responsible for handling website inquiries and personal information it receives through the website's published contact channel. SepticResolve is an independent information and quote-request platform, not a septic contractor. The website operator does not perform inspections, repairs or installations.
Information collected
When you submit the quote request form, it sends to the operator: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, problem selection, and optional property address, county, system age, last pumping date, system type and additional details. It also sends the page address (including any query string), referring page, campaign (UTM) parameters, a submission timestamp and the number of photos selected. Photographs themselves are not uploaded.
Each submitted request is first saved in the website's secure database, operated through the website's hosting platform, so that no request is lost. The website then delivers a notification email with the request details to the operator's lead inbox using Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft acts as the email service provider), and records in the database whether that notification was sent or failed. If delivery fails, the saved request remains available for a later retry, and the form tells you it was not sent. The website does not store submissions in cookies or browser storage.
How information is used
Quote request information is used to review your request, follow up with you, and help connect you with independent local septic professionals who may provide their own quotes. If you contact FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC using the published email link, your email application and email providers transmit your message, sender details and any attachments. The operator uses inquiries it receives to respond to your message and handle related privacy requests. Emailing the operator directly is separate from submitting the quote form.
Sharing
No quote-form information is currently sent to or shared with contractors, and the website does not sell it. Although the form includes consent for potential service-provider sharing, checking that box does not activate a transfer. Any future referral process must be disclosed before it starts. Independent contractors handle information you provide directly to them under their own policies; they are separate from the website operator.
Consent
The consent checkbox on the quote form is never pre-selected. Submitting the form requires your affirmative agreement that information may be shared with service providers who can respond to your request. In the current implementation, that agreement does not cause information to be sent or anyone to contact you.
Cookies and analytics
The current website code does not use advertising cookies or an analytics tracker, and the quote form does not set cookies. Campaign parameters and the referring page are read locally as described above, not sent to an analytics service by the form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to Google that may include your IP address and standard request details. Hosting and email services also process requests needed to deliver their services; this policy does not claim that visiting the website creates no technical records. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this section must be updated to describe them.
The website also includes runtime error reporting hooks for Lovable. When those platform hooks are available, error details and the affected page path may be passed to them for troubleshooting; the editor preview includes an additional error-reporting hook. This is separate from quote-form submission and does not provide a lead-routing connection.
Your choices
You may ask that information you submitted be corrected or deleted, or that contact stop, by writing to hello@septicresolve.com. Because each quote request is saved in the website's database, the operator can locate, correct or delete a specific request when you ask. You may also ask about information the operator holds about you and request access or exercise other rights available under applicable law. Inquiry emails are separate; ask the operator about the handling or retention of a message you sent by email.
