Nature of this website

SepticResolve is an independent information and quote-request platform for homeowners with septic systems in North Carolina. It is not a septic contractor, inspector or regulator. It does not perform site evaluations, inspections, repairs or installations, and it does not issue or administer permits.

Information is general, not advice

Everything published here is general homeowner guidance. It cannot diagnose a specific system, and it is not a substitute for an onsite evaluation by a qualified professional or for guidance from your county Environmental Health department. Rules, processes and fees change; always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.

Cost ranges and tools

Cost figures on this site are broad planning ranges intended for budgeting only. They are not quotes, estimates or offers, and no price is guaranteed. The cost calculator and the repair-versus-replacement tool are informational aids: their output reflects the inputs you provide, not an assessment of your property.

Service providers

Any septic professional you engage is an independent business. SepticResolve does not employ, supervise, endorse, warrant or take responsibility for their work, pricing or conduct. Verify a professional's certification with the North Carolina On-Site Wastewater Contractors and Inspectors Certification Board and confirm insurance before hiring.

Quote requests

Submitting the quote form creates no contract and no obligation on either side. There is currently no live submission backend; the form states this at the point of submission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information published here or from dealings with any service provider.
