It is an independent information and quote-request platform for homeowners with septic systems in North Carolina. It is not a septic contractor, inspector or regulator. It does not perform site evaluations, inspections, repairs or installations, and it does not issue or administer permits.

Cost ranges and tools

Cost figures on this site are broad planning ranges intended for budgeting only. They are not quotes, estimates or offers, and no price is guaranteed. The cost calculator and the repair-versus-replacement tool are informational aids: their output reflects the inputs you provide, not an assessment of your property.

Service providers

Any septic professional you engage is an independent business. SepticResolve does not employ, supervise, endorse, warrant or take responsibility for their work, pricing or conduct. Verify a professional's certification with the North Carolina On-Site Wastewater Contractors and Inspectors Certification Board and confirm insurance before hiring.

Independent contractors provide their own quotes and enter into their own service contracts with homeowners. Any scope of work, price, payment, cancellation terms or warranty must be agreed directly with that contractor, not with the website operator. The website has no checkout, accepts no payment for septic work and does not create a septic service contract.

Quote requests

Submitting the quote form creates no contract and no obligation on either side. Submitted requests are sent toFREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC; photographs are not uploaded. Any quote or service contract is between you and an independent contractor. Contacting the operator by email is separate from completing the quote form and does not guarantee a contractor match or response from a service provider.
